    Responsibilities

    • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
    • Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies, procedures, and benefits
    • Assist with strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives to support organizational goals
    • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Support succession planning efforts by identifying highpotential employees and creating development plans
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employment labor laws, policies, and procedures
    • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS system (Paycor) and perform data entry as needed
    • Assist with organization design initiatives to optimize workforce efficiency and effectiveness
    • Support HR projects as assigned, such as performance management system implementation or benefits open enrollment process
    • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in human resources
    Skills

    • HRIS (3 years of experience is required)
    • Organizational Skills
    • Data Entry (3 years of experience is preferred)
    • Project Management (3 years of experience is required)
