What We Are Looking For:
3+ years' experience in Human Resources
100% in office job based in the Salt Lake Area
Self-starter in HR leadership
HR certification a strong plus but not required
We are looking for a positive and dedicated candidate with a passion for Human Resources and industrial management styles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are required.
Valid Driver's license and willingness to pass a drug screen is required.
Previous experience overseeing payroll processes is preferred.
We are looking for someone who is empathetic to employee needs or sensitive situations and who can be a team player.
