Recueillir le besoin du client et gérer les projets de Speech Analytics
Manager le Speech Analyst pour mener à bien la configuration des outils de Speech Analytics
Travailler en coordination avec toutes les parties prenantes aux projets: Opérations, Clientsdonneurs d'ordre ; Fournisseurs ;
Participer à la sensibilisation des Opérations & des clients sur ces types de technologies et l'intérêtqu'elles peuvent leur apporter ;
Communiquer régulièrement sur l'avancée des projets en interne et avec les clients;
Mesurer la valeur ajoutée apportée par chaque projet et documenter les résultats et lesréalisations de manière claire et structurée ;
Participer à la formalisation de propositions commerciales;
Assurer une veille technologique et comprendre le mode de fonctionnement et l'intérêt desdifférents outils.
Profil Recherché
De formation Bac+5 en management de projet, Informatique, Télecoms ou Statistiques, avec une expérience de 2 à 4 ans dans le conseil ou équivalent en interne.
Appétence pour les nouvelles technologies et volonté de développer des connaissances sur l'IA, automatisation, Data science etc.
Capacité à comprendre les enjeux business et tech des clients
Capacité de résolution de problèmes: structuration, identification, collecte et analyse de données, synthèse et élaboration de recommandations
Capacité à trouver des solutions créatives et innovantes dans nos processus et livrables
Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral
Capacité de persuasion et de négociation
Sens de la planification et de l'organisation
Rigueur et pragmatisme
