    Job DescriptionPayroll Director (HealthCare)

    $135,000yr.-$145,000/yr.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Multistate Payroll
    • Create ad-hoc wage and management reports
    • Workers compensation information
    • Assure payroll deductions
    • Assist in processing year end information including W2s;
    • Ensure accurate processing
    • Resolve escalated payroll issues and/or discrepancies
    • Oversee payroll staff and reconcile their work
    • Collaboratively work to develop and launch new processes;
    • Project lead for payroll related projects,
    • Research discrepancies of payroll information on a timely basis
    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, human resources, or related field required.
    • Experience in the Health Care industry is a must
    • Needs to have experience overseeing a large team
    • Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes
    • Minimum of 10 years work experience in a large, multi-state payroll setting
    • Working experience and knowledge of payroll taxes at the federal, state and local levels

    Job Type - Full Time/Onsite
