Cumberland International Trucks has an immediate opportunity for a Service Manager at our Nashville, TN dealership. We are seeking a candidate with high energy and attention to detail in serving the customer. Candidates must have the ability to lead the Service Department in a teamwork environment while adhering to our *core values: Honor, Readiness, Victory and Loyalty.* The Service Department is an integral and vital part of the dealership, and the manner in which it builds open, honest, trusting relationships with customers and other departments is essential to the dealerships success. The Service Manager takes the lead role in managing an efficient and profitable Service Department through productive staffing, customer retention, technician training, and quality workmanship while improving productivity and reducing costs in order to meet company objectives. * Minimum of 5+ years of technical experience in the medium/heavy-duty truck industry is desired

    College or Trade School education is desired, but not required

    Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge

    Excellent customer service skills with a strong sense of commitment to the customer

    Have a valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a commercial drivers license

    Must be able to multi-task and handle priorities as necessary

    Must have superior problem-solving skills to achieve a win-win solution
