Job DescriptionFull time opening in a busy physicians office. No nights and no weekends
Duties would include checking patients in for their appointment, verifying insurances and demographics, collecting copays and balances, updating all paperwork, answering phones and taking messages.
You will be crossed trained to help check out patients, scheduling their next appointment and also scheduling tests and referrals.
We are a fast paced office with many providers working simultaneously so multi-tasking is a must. You will work closely with other members of the staff, providers and management and help is readily available. Medical office experience is a plus but not necessary as we will train. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5:00, no evening or weekend hours.Company DescriptionDual specialty practice, we offer Nephrology and Internal Medicine. We do phlebotomy on site and have our own laboratory.
We see patients for routine visits, hospital patient follow ups, dialysis patients and always have new patient referrals coming in.
