- BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in building strong engineering teams and managing them effectively
- Over 15 years of software engineering experience encompassing all phases of the development lifecycle
- More than 8 years of hands-on management experience, including leading senior engineering managers
- Extensive expertise in developing high-quality scalable SaaS cloud products and managing major feature releases
- Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Solid knowledge of distributed systems development, including OS internals, concurrency models, networking, and API development
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on engineering excellence, quality, security, and performance
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across different roles within the organization
- Ability to attract top talent, build teams quickly, and work effectively with remote teams
- Effective communication at all levels within the company, from executives to engineers
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments
- Proficiency in golang, Windows, Mac, Linux internals
- Deep expertise in developing SaaS products in the cybersecurity and intelligence sector
