    My client is a global medical device company that manufactures innovative technologies and solutions that specifically target dermatology and plastic surgery.

    They are seeking to hire a Practice Development Manager for a hybrid role; skincare sales as well as post-sales support.

    The Practice Development Manager will be responsible for promoting product / solution growth within existing accounts and prospecting for new business.

    Manage an entire sales cycle; close deals and create sales strategies. This role will also manage the client post sale and assist with equipment installation/set-up and initial training. Ensure clients are aware of the tools and capabilities and be available to answer questions and resolve any issues.

    Responsibilities:
    Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory
    New business development; prospect, generate leads, cold call
    Upsell; suggest new/additional products and services to existing customers
    Establish and maintain existing client relationships that ensure retention and increase business
    Develop and implement sales strategies; support business strategies and promote growth
    Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory
    Assess sales pipeline and create territory forecasts
    Support Sales team and provide client support post sales
    Manage and nurture assigned sales accounts
    Manage client onboarding; equipment set-up, best practices and training
    Mentor clients on marketing new product services; assist with creation of graphics and postings for social media marketing
    Maintain product/service knowledge, attend trainings as needed
    Travel up to 40% to client sites

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree preferred
    Min. 2+ years of Sales experience within Aesthetics industry
    Skincare Sales experience a plus
    Experience selling to and/or working in an Aesthetic medical practice/office
    Ability to prospect within a territory with high call activity
    Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
    Experience hunting, prospecting and closing deals
    Ability to multi-task and prioritize
    Excellent Analytical, Negotiation & Organizational skills
    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
    Ability to travel within territory as needed
    Base Salary up to $80,000
    Uncapped Commissions
