- Tracks enrollments for program.
- Works with staff to ensure that funder enrollment requirements are being met.
- Develops a plan for reaching intake and service milestone objectives.
- Responsible for enrollment numbers reporting to be provided to supervisor.
- Conducts outreach within the community to market services to potential clients.
- Advocates on behalf of clients by referring them to appropriate community services or case management.
- Monitor client cases to assist clients in attaining long-term economic self-sufficiency.
- Reconciles reports and prepares adjustments, review bills and invoices for accuracy.
- Plans and organizes work to ensure that state-mandated deadlines are met while maintaining all files for clients in strict accordance with Agency, department, regulatory and funder guidelines.
- Communicates and partners with the department and agency personnel as required to ensure on-going and effective program operations.
- Is aware of and actively supports the Agencys Core Competence initiatives of being Collaborative and Community Focused, Innovative and Entrepreneurial, and Culturally Competent and Diverse.
- Actively supports the financial stability of the department by reconciling reports, preparing adjustments, reviewing bills and invoices for accuracy while meeting or exceeding established productivity and documentation standards.
- Assists with executing programmatic plans and contributing to program development.
- Adheres to all applicable federal and state laws, including but not limited to those governing client confidentiality, privacy, program standards and billing and documentation standards.
- May be crossed trained in other functions to support departmental needs.
- Provides back-up clerical support to all department management staff.
- Maintains up-to-date professional knowledge through reading, workshops/training, and conferences, as appropriate.
- Participates in staff and department meetings as required.
- Awareness of and active support of the Agency's Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Plan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors and coordinates client enrollment.
Maintains accurate records and files.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors or masters degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business Administration or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Credentials: Valid and clean NYS Drivers License.
Experience: Minimum one year of experience in human services or related field. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is preferred. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel desired.
