Job Title: Facilities Manager II
Job Description
As a Facilities Manager II, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, managing, supervising, and aggregating internal and external services to provide a safe, productive environment for patients, guests, and employees. You will provide leadership, coordination, and support to designated project teams, ensuring that all projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and meet all program objectives and appropriate government regulations. This role also entails managing customer relationships, maintaining a safe work environment, managing financial aspects, and implementing quality control measures. You will also participate in the FS&P On Call System and may require on-call availability during non-standard hours to meet business needs and respond to emergencies.

Work Environment
The work environment will be offsite, across the street from main hospital 500P. Work time is spent onsite at the hospital consisting of doing rounds. Attire is business formal. You will work alongside other Facility Managers, Facility Coordinators, Facility Field Staff, and Food Services in a non-union environment.
