    Overview

    We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Analyst, your main responsibility will be to collaborate with internal and external teams. This role involves working closely with our Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to gather, analyze, and interpret data to enhance the policyholder experience and identify areas for operational improvement. Your insights and suggestions will be crucial in streamlining operations, optimizing resource allocation, and improving overall business performance.

    This position offers a pay range of $36.00 hourly, and various factors are considered when making an offer, such as the role, responsibilities, candidate's experience, education, location, and skills. The position is based in our Denver Colorado office.

    The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of how technology impacts the insurance sector. Familiarity with insurance operations like new business processing, agent licensing, commission processing, and post-issue policy service is essential. You will be expected to provide input and adhere to business processes to ensure compliance with daily operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure customer and management expectations are met or exceeded regarding daily insurance policy service.
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and implement process improvements.
    • Monitor service levels set for the TPA related to policy services.
    • Communicate effectively with teams and individuals to make business recommendations.
    • Assist in reporting key metrics and automating reporting processes.
    • Work with Sales/Marketing to support campaigns and Distribution management.
    • Participate in creating service forms and policy instructions for new products.
    • Enhance Agent & Client Portals for better accessibility and user experience.
    • Conduct User Acceptance Testing for system releases.
    • Perform other duties as required.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 4+ years of experience with independent sales organizations and insurance processes.
    • Experience with state insurance processes and customer interaction.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen, particularly in the annuity sector.
    • Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro.
    • Strong communication skills and the capacity to present complex information clearly.
    • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals consistently.

    Pay and Benefits

    Salary range: $36.00, plus discretionary annual bonuses based on performance evaluations.

    Eligible for Company benefit plans, including paid time off, insurance programs, and retirement benefits.

    Physical Demands and Work Environment

    Physical requirements include sitting, using hands, talking, and hearing. Occasionally standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
