- Develop and implement robust control plans to ensure consistency and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Utilize problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis, IATF/ISO certified, PPAP, APQP, GD&T, PFMEA, Create Control Plans, Finalize Corrective Actions, and 5s methodology to systematically identify and dress issues in the manufacturing process.
- Have oversight of Statistic Process Controls (SPC) and verification of Process Capabilities (CPK) through the utilization of available tools.
- Identify non-conformities through various tools, including web-based reporting, visual expectations, and production feedback, and provide an analytics-based improvement plan.

- Proactively schedule and lead cross-functional meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, consensus building, and effective decision-making.
- Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance product quality, even in the absence of apparent issues.
- Assess budgetary constraints and project needs, actively monitoring and tracking expenses to ensure projects remain within budgetary targets.
- Provide guidance and support to inspectors, conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with specifications.
- Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Three to five years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Experience with CAD software and understanding 2D Drawings
- Highly skilled in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience in automotive manufacturing preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills required (Six Sigma is a plus)
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
