Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a continuous Improvement Engineer to join our Manufacturing Facility based in Muscle Shoals, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identification, development, implantation, and monitoring of activities that drive continuous improvement. NAL will provide relocation assistance to anyone outside of the Paris, IL area.
Your Priorities
While working within the fast paced, automotive environment, you will partner with management team to optimize the operation's process, and to ensure linkage to company's financial goals
College, analyze, and report on data from all production area continuous improvement activities
Manage, coordinate, and implement continuous improvement projects to improve manufacturing effectives, quality, delivery, and cost relative to Production to Plan and the production system
Communicate with management, engineering, and other continuous improvement professionals to ensure that the best practices are shared across the organization
Your Background
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, industrial technology a related discipline plus 0-2 years of Industrial Engineering or related manufacturing experience
