Responsibilities

• Safety above all else
• Manage, coach, and support engineering team
• Lead the Engineering team to define, and implement improvement projects
• Interface with the the Customer to support changes to their operations and requirements
• Implement and monitor technical performance metrics
• Partner with Safety, Quality, and Operations to ensure compliance to Customer requirements and ISO governance
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
• 3+ years' of management experience
• Lean Principles, MTM, and Kaizen
• Experience in Logistics Engineering preferred
• Automotive warehousing experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
