- Reach out to outbound leads and prospective accounts, establishing relationships and ultimately generating meetings and opportunities for the sales team.
- Monitor, forecast, and achieve meeting and pipeline targets.
- Interact directly with senior prospects to understand business requirements and pain points and position the value of Pathlock Solutions and Services as supported by ROI, business case development, references, and supporting analyst data.
- Utilize CRM to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are qualified accurately and adequate information regarding the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated.
- Escalate issues and concerns when appropriate.
- Comply with company policies and procedures. Complete additional duties as specified to include but are not limited to commission claims, reporting, and training team members.
- Collaborate cross functionally with various Pathlock teams.
- Develop, present and implement new strategies for qualifying new business.
- Develop outbound qualified opportunities with the enterprise account executive team.
- Completes special projects as assigned by the Director of Sales Development and other Sales leaders.
- Focuses on producing different types of leads and finding business in new markets.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A curious mind fascinated with customer problems, constantly finding ways to overachieve and keep improving while impacting business process change at public companies.

In May of 2022, Pathlock announced a merger with Appsian, the leading provider of ERP data security solutions, and Security Weaver, the leading provider of governance, risk and compliance management (GRCM) software for SAP. In addition. Pathlock more recently announced the acquisition of CSI Tools, a Belgium-based GRCM provider, and Germany-based SAST SOLUTIONS, a holistic solution provider for hardening SAP environments.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in the sales flow, qualifying leads, prospecting into new businesses, and generating a highly valuable pipeline. You will collaborate with the Director of Global Sales Development and other stakeholders to develop best practices.
