    Description
    Key responsibilities will primarily include:
    • Support CFO with all back-office operations including budgeting and forecasting, vendor and cash management and closing on monthly financial statements
    • Oversight of the portfolio reconciliation processes using a best-in-class software solution; investigating and resolving discrepancies with the finance & investment teams
    • Management of investment funding process including review of subscription documents, with relevant investment details and initiate approval flow for wire processing in connection with all investment transactions
    • Create and implement updated processes for uploading transaction data to accounting systems
    • Maintain schedule of investments, new and follow-on transactions, valuation changes and cap tables where relevant
    • Responsible for the Family Office Trust Company's board package, annual audit, and regulatory filings
    • Support the Investment team as required on an ad-hoc basis
      This Fund Accountant role requires someone to work 5 days per week in the midtown Manhattan office so please only apply if you are able to travel to this location, have relevant experience for the role, and are eligible to work in the United States. The salary is dependent on experience, an initial range is $80-100k base plus 10-20% target bonus and excellent benefits.
