- Responsible for system administration and configuration of data analytical technologies and tools for strategic initiatives and Data Analytics Support (DAS) projects.

- Leads CDA strategic initiatives and data analytics projects, defining and executing data analytics roadmaps tailored to specific business requirements.
- Oversees studies, prepares initiative reports, and designs optimal solutions for data analytics system implementations and enhancements.
- Drives and coordinates data analytics initiatives across agency systems and other IT entities, providing architectural solutions that meet data security requirements.
- Develops highly scalable analytical systems with core capabilities in cloud-based services, including system integration and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in technology architecture for software development, data analytics, and data warehousing.
- Hands-on experience with various computer systems, programming languages, and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in technical writing, diagraming, and using tools like Visio, Erwin, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, produce high-quality results, and adapt quickly.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, agile methodology, and databases like Snowflake and Oracle.
- Familiarity with new cloud delivery models and services from major providers like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
