About the Solutions Architect Role

We are seeking a talented Solutions Architect to spearhead the growth of our technology partner network. This role requires a solid foundation in software engineering, with a focus on PHP coding proficiency to optimize Bold Checkout, strengthen agency relationships, and facilitate essential integrations for business expansion and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technology partner launches and onboard agency partners, utilizing PHP coding for seamless integrations.
Influence the product roadmap through Proof of Concepts (POCs) and partner feedback.
Define technology partner integrations, create blueprints for new partnerships, and oversee documentation development.
Provide technical support post-partner program enrollment, including sandbox development and scalable enablement.
Offer continuous partner assistance and technical troubleshooting for integration issues, leveraging PHP coding expertise.
Contribute to the Solutions Library and identify upcoming integrations based on partner input and requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience, with a focus on technical sales consulting and the ability to address challenges independently.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on experience in web software development, systems administration, and proficiency in PHP coding.
Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce, and others.
Expertise in programmatic process development and execution, including experience in large-scale systems management or DevOps.
Strong background in cloud solutions architecture and automation.
Comprehensive knowledge of the technology partner ecosystem and effective technical documentation skills.
