    Job Overview:


    We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator with expertise in Dell Data Center networking, proficiency in Dell networking/OS10, and experience in Azure HCI solutions.

    The ideal candidate will hold a Secret Clearance and play a vital role in operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and managing the network infrastructure, with a specific focus on the hardware stack and network administration.


    Responsibilities:

    Networking:
    Manage and maintain Dell Data Center networking infrastructure.
    Demonstrate proficiency in Dell networking/OS10.
    Operate, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related incidents.
    Collaborate with customers for administrative upkeep needs related to HCI network environment.
    Perform maintenance on switches, upgrade firmware, and ensure network security.

    Azure HCI Solutions:
    Utilize knowledge of Azure HCI solutions, with Azure Administration certification preferred.
    Focus on the hardware stack, primarily in network administration.

    Administration:
    Monitor, review, and manage Dell infrastructure.
    Manage user requests and log files.
    Generate regular operational reports.

    Problem Management:
    Isolate and troubleshoot incidents.
    Perform service incident coordination.
    Open service requests on behalf of the Customer.
    Participate in root cause analysis reviews.

    Change Management:
    Assist with software/firmware management and collaboration.
    Implement change management requests.
    Assist in documenting policies and procedures.

    Continual Service Improvement:
    Recommend procedure changes for operational optimization.
    Share best practices from other engagements.
    Provide performance tuning recommendations.

    Post Implementation Planning and Knowledge Sharing:
    Plan transitions with the deployment team.
    Perform incremental host and network configuration beyond deployment scope.
    Conduct knowledge transfer for new technology features and Standard Operating Procedures.
    Provide recommendations on product enhancements and upgrades.
    Implement Dell System Management Tools.
    Perform run-book updates in conjunction with Customer Staff.

    Change Evaluation and Recommendations:
    Review IT processes and policies for continuous improvement.

    Requirements:
    Secret Clearance is mandatory.
    Proven experience in Dell Data Center networking and proficiency in Dell networking/OS10.
    Hands-on experience with Azure HCI solutions.
    Azure Administration certification is preferred.
    Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
