As they continue to expand market presence, we are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Engineer to drive growth and foster lasting relationships with clients across the northern Midwest region.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the northern Midwest territory.
Identify and prioritize prospective clients through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and industry events.Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for clients.
Provide ongoing support and post-sales service to clients, including product training, troubleshooting, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably within the metrology or precision measurement industry.
Willingness to travel within the northern Midwest territory as needed (approximately 50-70% travel).Annual performance based bonus and commission plan
