    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at MightyMeals.     Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue leads within the health and wellness sector through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Sales Calls: Conduct persuasive and informative sales calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services and converting leads into sales.
    • Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary support to facilitate their integration with our products/services.
    • Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing ongoing support to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
    • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive sales efforts and exceptional customer service.
    • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or flexible work environment.
    • Knowledge or interest in health and wellness products/services is preferred.
    • Must have a reliable internet connection and access to necessary communication tools.
    • Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with compensation based on performance.

    Compensation:

    • Flat rates per client sign-up.
    • 2% of net sales for each retained client.
    • Additional incentives for exceeding sales targets and KPIs
