    CANNABIS SALES REPRESENTATIVE


    Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Representative living in a thriving medical cannabis market to help drive sales for a Cannabis publishing and content creation company.

    Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing ) is the Original Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.

    If you have a medical or cannabis sales background and are excited about providing educational content to others, including healthcare professionals, on the benefits of medical cannabis, this could be the right role for you You'll be bringing with you your passion for the benefits of medical cannabis to sell research-based content to healthcare providers in the medical Cannabis industry. As the primary Sales Representative, you'll get the opportunity to use your exceptional customer service skills, negotiation skills and the ability to close sales using your proven communication skills, along with your ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your expert level knowledge of cannabis to communicate to providers the benefits of subscribing to research based content developed by individuals with over a decade of experience in the regulated cannabis market. You're known for your ability to close sales over the phone and are open to a position where you'll be on the phone most of the day. If you have proven success in driving growth, are great at establishing credibility & rapport with clients, and building professional relationships, then this could be the right role for you.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 1+ Years of outside sales experience, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical or cannabis sales
    • Microsoft Office (including Excel) or Google suite experience (including sheets, Drive and Calendar)
    • Understanding of benefits of medical cannabis
    • Exceptional Client Relationship building skills
    • Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
    • Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
    • High degree of flexibility and tolerance for change
    • Ability to lead and collaborate actively with others on cross-functional team
    • Able to build and sustain productive working relationships with peers
    • Reliable internet and phone service

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • In depth understanding of Cannabis compliance laws
    • Knowledge of healthcare providers supporting medical cannabis
