Job Summary:
Infinite Management Solutions (IMS), is looking for an accomplished Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to expand corporate growth and increase company revenue
Responsibilities:
Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
Identify potential clients and target markets for business expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
Contribute to brand awareness and positioning.
Participate in promotional activities and events.
Identify and develop new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
Research and create opportunities to expand our market reach.
Make presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.

Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software, including HubspotStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCompetency in meeting deadlines and achieving business development metricsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Marketing, or related field from an accredited college/universityMinimum of 3 years' experience (5 years preferred) as Business Development Specialist or similar sales focused positionMeets U.S.
