    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

    Job Title: Business Development Specialist

    Location: Dayton, OH

    Job Summary:

    Infinite Management Solutions (IMS), is looking for an accomplished Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to expand corporate growth and increase company revenue.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
    • Identify potential clients and target markets for business expansion.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
    • Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
    • Contribute to brand awareness and positioning.
    • Participate in promotional activities and events.
    • Identify and develop new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
    • Research and create opportunities to expand our market reach.
    • Make presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
    • Other relevant duties as assigned

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion
    • Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients
    • Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior
    • Advanced interpersonal and rapport building skills with proven ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships
    • Proven success negotiating and closing business deals
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint, etc.
    • Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software, including Hubspot
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Competency in meeting deadlines and achieving business development metrics

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Marketing, or related field from an accredited college/university
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience (5 years preferred) as Business Development Specialist or similar sales focused position
    • Meets U.S. citizenship and work eligibility requirements for federal contractors
    • Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) Secret level clearance, if required

    Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Employee may be required to stand and walk for several hours performing various job-related duties.
