- Proven success negotiating and closing business deals
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint, etc.
- Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software, including Hubspot
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Competency in meeting deadlines and achieving business development metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Marketing, or related field from an accredited college/university
- Minimum of 3 years' experience (5 years preferred) as Business Development Specialist or similar sales focused position
- Meets U.S. citizenship and work eligibility requirements for federal contractors
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) Secret level clearance, if required

Job Summary:
Infinite Management Solutions (IMS), is looking for an accomplished Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to expand corporate growth and increase company revenue.
