    Job Description

    • Manage and Direct plant operations for production, shipping and receiving.
    • Coordinate plant activities by planning with departmental supervisors, to ensure all manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Implement cost effective systems, operating expenditures, manpower, wages and salaries.
    • Establish and monitor overall plan performance for production and quality standards.
    • Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
    • Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness amount plant personnel.
    • Provides direction, development and leadership to production supervisors.
    • Schedule and run department supervisor meetings.
    • Maintain high level quality management system; ISO 9001:2005.
    • Ensures safety programs are strictly followed.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
    • 2 years of management experience in manufacturing environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
