We are seeking a Revenue Operations Country Lead (m/w/d) for our location in Springbrook, ND. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all Revenue Operations processes and activities within their designated country.

Reporting to the Group Revenue Operations Director, the Country Lead will work closely with the regional team to ensure that all Revenue Operations processes, best practices, reporting, data, and systems are effectively implemented and maintained.

They will also assist in the rollout of new processes and systems and coordinate training and enablement as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to Revenue Operations processes, specifically within the CRM system
  • Lead forecast calls and oversee the forecasting process
  • Monitor and analyze sales, marketing, and customer performance data, including dashboards, revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, segmentation, account assignments, business reviews, and win rates
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of quoting process and provide feedback for improvement
  • Assist in designing and implementing commission plans
  • Collaborate with finance on all Revenue Operations matters and work with the Salesforce CRM team to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop CPQ processes for pricing, quoting, and approvals
  • Translate business needs into IT requirements and vice versa
