Responsibilities


What to expect in your new job:

  • Support and provide technical advice to our national and international customers
  • Process customer inquiries, quotes, and orders in close cooperation with our regional sales managers and key account managers
  • Prepare export documents and customs formalities in accordance with company, country, and customerspecific requirements


In short, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for the entire customer service process.

Other requirements:


  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant or industrial clerk)
  • Good knowledge of export regulations and the customs program Atlas
  • Independent, serviceoriented, and solutionoriented work style
  • Enthusiasm for sales and a strong customer focus
  • Good German and English skills, additional foreign language skills are
