We are looking for an Account Director (m/f/d) with a focus on online/digital to join our team at our Berlin office in McNeal, AZ.

We are a digital communication agency with a strong emphasis on creativity. From daily social media content to campaigns, we cover all aspects of digital brand management.

Our campaigns often involve working with influencers, as well as well-known figures and celebrities, and we utilize the latest technological innovations from AI to AR.

Our goal is to solve our clients' problems measurably and to inspire people for brands.

Do you enjoy planning and managing digital projects with a team consisting of creative, media planning, and influencer management? Are you passionate about implementing outstanding ideas, have a strategic understanding, and are eager to help grow la red together with the team?

If yes, then you should bring the following:

You have at least six years of professional experience and are familiar with working with large brands
You are wellversed in the digital world and have already managed and implemented various projects, such as digital campaigns, film shoots, content marketing projects, or social media measures
You are responsible for brand consulting, support, and development
You lead and develop your project management team
You are a team player, open to discussions, excellent at dealing with clients, flexible, and committed
You are fluent in German and proficient in English
You have a sense of humor and enjoy your work
