For our second-hand market in the business area of support for people with mental and social difficulties in Ludwigsburg, we are looking for a full-time Area Manager (m/f/d) starting on July 1, 2024, in a permanent position.


Your tasks:

Personnel and economic responsibility for a non-profit second-hand store
Support of integration employees and application for vocational integration measures (work opportunities)
Planning, controlling, and implementation of operational processes in the second-hand business
Conceptual development
Public relations and networking


Your profile:

Pedagogical training and business knowledge
Knowledge of store management and buying and selling (everyday items, books, antiques, etc.)
Confidence in dealing with authorities, job centers, donors, auctioneers, and eBay
Resilience, organizational skills, and customer orientation

Positive attitude towards diakonia and the church
