    We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive in our London office.


    You will be working as a true brand ambassador, motivated to hunt out new customers in both the UK and Internationally.

    Candidates with a knowledge of fashion and retail are highly desirable but we are open to different backgrounds.

    You will be responsible for managing new and existing Louche customers across all channels to grow business and meet turnover and profitability targets.

    You will persistently explore and uncover the needs of potential and existing customers, and be a pivotal figure in growing the wholesale sales team.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a Wholesale Salesperson to join a highly ambitious and passionate business with great company culture.


    Responsibilities Include:
    Achieve sales targets based on a commercial/budgeted plan.
    Win & retain profitable new business, grow retained customer sales to facilitate achievement of budgeted targets in line with company

    standards, ethos and values.
    Manage the showroom to ensure it is ready for customer appointments.
    Enhance the brand awareness of Louche through marketing campaigns.

    Ensure an appropriate level of regular customer contact to achieve targets with planned objectives and defined outputs prior to each call.

    Work with internal departments and suppliers to maximise sales, margins and deliver excellent Customer Service.
    Drive agreed company campaigns and support the sales strategy to meet and exceed customer and company targets.
    Exhibit Louche at tradeshows domestically and internationally.
    Achieve financial targets, whilst planning to exceed targets.
    Prepare and present proposals to current and potential accounts.
    Be independent and willing to go above and beyond to visit new customers both in the UK and abroad.
    Skills & Requirements

    Fluent English (fluency in additional languages is helpful)
    Driving License
    Familiarity with the Louche brand and its position within the fashion sector
    A strong awareness of retailers (both independents and key accounts) that would be suitable stockists for Louche

    Job Types:
    Full-time, Permanent

    Monday to Friday

    Supplemental pay types:
    Commission pay
    Performance bonus
