To strengthen our Quality Assurance Active team, we are currently seeking a full-time Group Leader (m/f/d) for Special Credit Management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will lead and organize our team for Special Credit Management and be responsible for the associated processes You will manage credit engagements in restructuring, turnaround, and liquidation You will be responsible for reviewing and implementing restructuring plans, taking into account all relevant legal aspects, and consulting with the bank's lawyers when necessary You will develop liquidation plans with the aim of maximizing debt recovery You will oversee insolvency and forced auction proceedings YOUR PROFILE You have completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d), ideally with a qualification as a bank business economist (m/f/d) or a comparable further education You have several years of professional experience in credit processing, insolvency management, enforcement, and out-of-court debt settlement You have a comprehensive understanding of legal and economic relationships, ideally combined with legal and relevant further education Team spirit, flexibility, a high level of
