We are looking for you

For our client, a call center in Osnabrück, we are looking for you as a telephone customer service representative (m/f/d) as part of temporary employment.

Your tasks:

Independent contact with existing customers and prospects of the client, e.g. in the area of customer retention and development
Competent advice, support and conduct of informative conversations by telephone, chat or email
Providing information, prices or tariffs
Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality requirements

Your profile:

Good knowledge of German language in spoken and written form
Sympathetic, understanding and convincing manner
Basic knowledge of computers
