Strategic management of our locations in Saxony-Anhalt, including leading employeesIndependent acquisition in the field of urban planning servicesPreparation and presentation of offers as well as subject matters in central committees and committeesResponsible management and support of urban planning projectsInnovative support in the further development of our product range of urban planning services

You bring with you

Completed studies in urban, regional, spatial planning, geography, architecture, urbanism or similar qualification combined with relevant professional experience in the management of complex urban renewal or urban development projectsKnowledge of the systematics of German urban development funding, knowledge of Saxony-Anhalt is an advantagePersuasiveness, negotiation skills and empathyUnderstanding of local political processes and administrative actionsGood knowledge of procurement law, general and special urban planning law as well as experience in a leadership
