The Triathlon Group, a global company with operations worldwide, is seeking a highly motivated IT Program/Program Manager to join our team.

With over 1,000 employees and total revenues of $500 million, we specialize in manufacturing and selling high-quality battery and charging technology products.

This position can be based in either Fürth or Hamburg, or can be performed remotely.


As the IT Program/Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring programs and activities in line with the organization's mission and goals.

This includes managing the program budget and schedule, as well as leading a diverse team with various talents and responsibilities.

You will also be responsible for aligning project deliverables with overall program outcomes, reporting to the Head of IT PMO, and overseeing all IT-related projects and programs in Germany.

Other responsibilities include applying change, risk, and resource management, assessing program performance, and resolving any higher-scope issues.


To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, as well as a proven track record of delivering complex projects in an international context.

You should also have a solid background and practical experience with various project management methodologies, and certification in PM (PMP, PgMP, etc.) is a strong advantage.

Excellent knowledge of MS Project and Jira, as well as working knowledge of program/project management software and PPM tools (PPM Express, Project Server, Planview, etc
