Job summary

We are looking for a Global SDR Manager to build and lead a high-performing, multi-region Sales Development organization. This leader will be responsible for defining Jeeves' global outbound strategy, coaching SDRs across multiple countries, optimizing our pipeline generation engine, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment between SDR, Marketing, and Sales.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology sales,
  • Proven success building or scaling outbound SDR programs that consistently hit or exceed pipeline targets,
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams through cold outreach,
