    About Us:

Ariadne Labs is a joint center for health systems innovation at Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Harvard T.

    H. Chan School of Public Health. Our goal is to drive scalable solutions for better care at critical moments in people's lives everywhere. Better care means better health outcomes, lower costs, and more actual caring. Critical means solving health systems failures that have major impact, typically touching people by the millions.

Ariadne Labs currently has programs that span the spectrum of health care, including childbirth, surgery, primary care, and serious illness.

In addition to teams organized around clinical areas, Ariadne Labs has teams organized around methodological expertise: Innovation, Science & Technology, and Implementation.

We call these teams our platform teams. In academia, research teams are often siloed around a specific topic or question.

They may have few opportunities to share lessons learned across research fields and may not always have access to a wide range of specialized skill sets.

Our platform teams collaborate across topic areas as thought partners and provide technical expertise in designing, testing, and spreading solutions.

Our matrixed structure allows us to collaborate on all projects, big or small, with expertise in data science, computer science, human-centered design, quality improvement, implementation, and more.
