- Outline, develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with company goals
- Identify and streamline processes to reduce costs and eliminate inefficiencies
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and help teams adopt new processes and strategies
- Generate regular reports for senior leadership team
- Assess current technology used within company and implement improvements where necessary
- Collaborate with numerous departments
- Budget management
- Making sure operational improvements comply with current regulatory and industry standards
- 6-8 years experience in a continuous improvement / operational excellence role
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering
- Six-Sigma Black Belt highly desirable
- Advanced Excel experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing preferred, medical device a plus
