Position details

Job Summary
The Financial Aid Credential Specialist Work Study will assist in the Financial Aid Credentials area.

By doing so, they will scan completed financial aid forms, create/file the scanned financial aid forms into student's folders, send out bulk financial aid correspondence, route completed forms to appropriate staff, pull/file folders for student appeals, and assist in other job duties assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Retrieve and separate incoming mail
Scan completed financial aid forms
Create/file scanned financial aid forms in student folders
Open and forward returned mail
Send out bulk financial aid correspondence
Mail memos and incomplete forms back to students
Route completed forms to appropriate staff
Verify Selective Service registrations online
Pull/file folders for student appeals
Other duties as assigned
