    **FULL-TIME MEMBER SERVICE REP - EDMOND BRANCH**

    **$14.00 an hour**

    MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:15 a.m - 6:15 p.m.

    ROTATING SATURDAYS 7:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.

    **Role:** To assist members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Attendance is an essential function of performing the duties of this job. **Essential Functions & Responsibilities:**

    E 55% Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells money orders, VISA gift cards, etc. to members; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed. E 15% Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service. E 15% Balances cash drawer and daily transactions. E 5% Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone. E 5% Cross-sells credit union services. E 5% Other duties as assigned. **Performance Measurements:**

    1. To be fully aware of the BSA/AML responsibilities with violations not to exceed 2 per 12 month period. 2. To support the Credit Union's commitment to provide friendly, knowledgeable and timely service while achieving an average Net Promoter score of 90% and a Secret Shop score of 100%. 3. To balance according to ACU Teller Cash Policy and process member transactions with accuracy, not to exceed 3 error notices per Quarter. 4. To meet 2021 Productivity Goals. 5. Embodies and demonstrates ACU's Core Values each and every day.

    Experience One month to twelve months of similar or related experience. Education A high school education or GED. Interpersonal Skills Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. Other Skills Embodies and demonstrates ACU's Core Values each and every day.

    Ten key calculator and computer keyboard by touch. Must be good with detail to deal with numbers and names.
