They'll also work with leadership on strategic initiatives, make sure engineering systems are running smoothly & efficiently, place an emphasis on safety & quality, and much more.
We're looking for an experienced engineering leader with a background in maintenance and/or process engineering who can hit the ground running in this role.

Oversee the day-to-day mechanical, process and maintenance engineering functions of the plant.
Lead process engineering improvements and work with plant leadership on strategic initiatives.
Develop & implement preventative maintenance plans and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Maintain mechanical engineering systems and make sure processes are running as smoothly & efficiently as possible.
Oversee a team of 20 reports (direct & indirect) across multiple shifts while developing & growing team members.
Other projects or responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of engineering experience working in mechanical, process, or maintenance engineering roles (or combination of roles).
3+ year of managing, supervising or leading team members (directly or indirectly).
Experience working on capital equipment projects highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and the ability to work with all levels of an organization (operators, managers, engineers, etc.).
