    This opportunity will begin as a contract role at 40 hours per week for approximately 12 weeks with the possibility of converting to a full-time role.

    This is a hybrid opportunity, with the possibility of working 1-2 days from home per week.

    About the Position

    In Order to Succeed in this role

    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications
    Proven experience in Marketing or Communications
    Experience working with an Architect, Engineer, or Construction firm strongly preferred
    Ability to command a meeting with cross-disciplinary teams and tenured executives.
    Relationship-focus: Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.
    Divide and conquer, "no job is too big or too small" mentality
    Proficiency in InDesign and PowerPoint
    Visual communication and layout skills
    Strong project management ability, including coordination with internal clients and results-orientation with attention to detail
    Primary functions & essential responsibilities

    Managing the proposal production process:

    writing and editing content, proposal layout and graphics, as well as ensuring quality control through proactive communication and coordination of the proposal lifecycle.

    Proposal layout using InDesign, in consult with marketing specialist for brand continuity.
    Leading pursuit kick-off meetings, establishing content assignments and deadlines and synthesizing content from multiple contributors.
    Performing pursuit close-out, including proposal deconstruction, internal debriefs and reviewing competitor proposals.
    Translating complex concepts into compelling marketing materials.

    Creating print and digital marketing collateral, including but not limited to new business proposals, brochures, and content for the website and social media.

    $ $53.02
