    The Christiana Hospital OR Radiology Department is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Rad Tech to work the day shift.

    This individual will also work every 4th weekend with a rotating holiday schedule
    The successful candidate will be responsible for:
    Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment
    Developing and identifying radiographs; which includes proper identification of film, date and time
    Performing clerical duties when necessary: receptionist and scheduling duties, completes forms on clinical, etc. and various filing duties
    Assisting with the training of radiology technology students
    Using and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems

    Operating the following equipment:
    Seimans, Phillips, and Ziehm
    Burn patient CD's

    ~


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
    ~3 years' experience as a staff technologist.
    ~ Completion of two-year program in Radiology Technology is required.
    ~ Associates Degree in Radiology Science is preferred.
    ~ An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
    ~ RT Technologist experience preferred
    ~ ARRT Registered Technologist required
    ~ Delaware license
    ~ Certification in CPR
    ~ Flexibility in hours and duties is required
