    Clayton Services is searching for a Head of Pricing Strategy and Revenue Management to join a thriving company in West Houston. The Head of Pricing Strategy and Revenue Management will be responsible for strategically developing long-term procurement and pricing strategies for partner services, ensuring sustainable growth, maximizing margins, and achieving sustainability objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, evaluating pricing structures, and implementing effective pricing solutions.

    Job Type: Direct-Hire

    Pay Rate: $120,000 - $130,000

    Head of Pricing Strategy and Revenue Management Responsibilities:

    • Foster and sustain strong relationships with all external and internal stakeholders.
    • Utilize analysis of historical pricing trends, customer segmentation, and purchasing patterns to inform pricing decisions.
    • Work closely with internal departments to ensure the selection of suitable partners delivering services at competitive rates.
    • Formulate and periodically revise pricing strategies to enhance margins and ensure alignment with business goals and market dynamics.
    • Collaborate to determine optimal pricing for new and existing services, ensuring uniformity and adherence to regulations throughout the organization.
    • Conduct ongoing in-depth market analysis, monitor competitor pricing strategies, and identify opportunities for pricing refinement.
    • Monitor and manage the budget by regularly reviewing statistics and the P&L, taking necessary actions as required.
    • Identify and implement technological tools to streamline transactional processes, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
    • Lead, manage, and monitor the team and individuals effectively to ensure timely delivery of customer service and achievement of business objectives.
    • Provide training and development opportunities for the team and individuals as well as assist with onboarding processes, as needed.
    • Conduct appraisals, one-on-one meetings, and set and refine goals and KPIs.
    • Delegate service tasks, monitor project progress, and manage service with partners and team members to meet objectives and goals.
    • Address escalations, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally to uphold good customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
    • Fulfill any other tasks as required by the business needs.

    Head of Pricing Strategy and Revenue Management Skills and Abilities:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to lead, manage, and train a team and have difficult conversations.
    • Solid understanding of pricing strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Ability to develop and execute pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
    • ???Strong business acumen with a keen understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
    • Proficient in using pricing software, analytics tools, and advanced Excel functions.

    Head of Pricing Strategy and Revenue Management Education and Experience:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or related roles.
    • Proven experience in successfully managing a team.
    • Experience in developing market research, competitive analysis, and pricing analytics.
