- Foster and sustain strong relationships with all external and internal stakeholders.

- Work closely with internal departments to ensure the selection of suitable partners delivering services at competitive rates.
- Formulate and periodically revise pricing strategies to enhance margins and ensure alignment with business goals and market dynamics.
- Collaborate to determine optimal pricing for new and existing services, ensuring uniformity and adherence to regulations throughout the organization.
- Conduct ongoing in-depth market analysis, monitor competitor pricing strategies, and identify opportunities for pricing refinement.
- Monitor and manage the budget by regularly reviewing statistics and the P&L, taking necessary actions as required.
- Identify and implement technological tools to streamline transactional processes, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead, manage, and monitor the team and individuals effectively to ensure timely delivery of customer service and achievement of business objectives.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the team and individuals as well as assist with onboarding processes, as needed.
- Conduct appraisals, one-on-one meetings, and set and refine goals and KPIs.
- Delegate service tasks, monitor project progress, and manage service with partners and team members to meet objectives and goals.
- Address escalations, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally to uphold good customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Fulfill any other tasks as required by the business needs.
