    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
    Revenue Manager. In this position you will create a revenue management process for the entire property that results in sustained revenue growth.


    Responsibilities


    • Analyzes revenue for all business segments
    • Ensures the integrity of all forecasting for rooms/meeting space
    • Completes forecasts for rooms
    • Recommends pricing for market segments
    • Recommends room allocations for all market segments
    • Works with the sales team to complete group rates and room availability
    • Requests for Proposal (RFP) for the corporate transient market
    • Works with the Director of Sales and Marketing on selling guidelines and sales goals
    • Measures the result of the revenue management program
    • Price monitoring
    • Completes a variety of reports and analyses
    • Oversees all channel management and tracks production by channel
    • Develops and builds promotions and packages
    • Strong financial acumen
    • Strategic and Analytical thinker

    Qualifications


    • Hotel Industry experience
    • Prior Reservations, Front Office or Revenue Management experience
