- Ensures the integrity of all forecasting for rooms/meeting space
- Completes forecasts for rooms
- Recommends pricing for market segments
- Recommends room allocations for all market segments
- Works with the sales team to complete group rates and room availability
- Requests for Proposal (RFP) for the corporate transient market
- Works with the Director of Sales and Marketing on selling guidelines and sales goals
- Measures the result of the revenue management program
- Price monitoring
- Completes a variety of reports and analyses
- Oversees all channel management and tracks production by channel

- Hotel Industry experience
- Prior Reservations, Front Office or Revenue Management experience
