    Position Details:

    The Shared Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire onboarding process, from accepted offers to the successful integration of new hires. MedElite is seeking a skilled leader to refine and manage onboarding procedures, ensuring effectiveness, compliance, and a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will lead the onboarding team, enhance onboarding strategies, and maintain rigorous standards to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all new employees. This role is essential in upholding MedElite's values and fostering a positive initial impression.

    Responsibilities:

    • Initiate the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Manage the offer letter process, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
    • Create and assign email addresses for new employees.
    • Conduct background checks as part of the pre-employment screening process.
    • Oversee the entire onboarding process to guarantee efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Lead, coach, and develop the onboarding and credentialing team, focusing on process adherence and performance enhancement.
    • Maintain accurate and consistent communication with internal team members and new hires.
    • Conduct regular audits and continuous improvement of the onboarding process to ensure compliance and precise record-keeping.
    • Proactively address and resolve performance-related issues and errors within the Shared Services team.
    • Conduct quarterly audits of the onboarding process and maintain employee files to uphold high standards.
    • Ensure prompt and effective follow-up with new hires to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
    • Coordinate with other departments to minimize onboarding discrepancies and uphold standard operating procedures.
    • Foster the professional growth and development of all onboarding and credentialing team members.
    • Manage the configuration and programming of the Greenhouse Onboarding system.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or related roles, with demonstrated leadership experience. Bonus points for experience and credentialing clinical professionals.
    • A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
    • Strong understanding of onboarding processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
    • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
    • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and onboarding software, with experience in configuring and managing systems preferred.
    • Diligent, patient, and operates with a customer service mentality.

    Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum
