- Reviewen van binnenkomende briefings, prioriteiten stellen en capaciteit toewijzen en kwaliteit en deadlines beheren (output controleren)
- Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor onze interne klanten
- Rapporteren over capaciteitsgebruik per team of afdeling
- Zorgt ervoor dat projecten goed en tijdig worden gearchiveerd en afgesloten
- Beheren agenda's, afspraken en Plannerboards voor taken
- Optimaliseren van de processen en werkwijze met balans in kwaliteit en levering
- Begeleiden en coachen van het team
- Beheren van alle ondersteunende tools voor het team (fi een DAM)
- Samenwerken met creatieve bureaus en digitale creatieve partners
- Een Bachelordiploma in bedrijfskunde, marketing of aanverwante richting
- 5 jaar ervaring in het beheren van de contentcreatie-workflow bij een reclame/creatief/design/in-housebureau
- Top organisatorische skills en in staat om meerdere projecten te beheren
- Goede communicatie skills. Je staat stevig in je schoenen, houdt ervan om snel te schakelen en communiceert helder en gemakkelijk met verschillende partijen
- Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Kennis van merken bouwen
- Aandacht voor detail en het vermogen om efficiënte manieren van werken te bepalen
