- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the organization's policies align with legal and ethical standards.
- Communicate HR policies to employees and provide guidance on compliance.
- Address employee concerns and disputes.
- Mediate conflicts and foster a positive working environment.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in setting performance goals and providing feedback to employees.
- Develop and implement employee development and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, including equal employment opportunity, wage and hour laws, and workplace safety.
- Maintain personnel records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, retention, and diversity.
- Manage the HR department's budget effectively.
- Payroll Processing.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
