Description

We are seeking a dymanic and empathetic Human Resource Manager to join our client's organiation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all human resource functions within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment, and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure that the organization's policies align with legal and ethical standards.
Communicate HR policies to employees and provide guidance on compliance.
Address employee concerns and disputes.
Mediate conflicts and foster a positive working environment.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in setting performance goals and providing feedback to employees.
Develop and implement employee development and training programs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, including equal employment opportunity, wage and hour laws, and workplace safety.
Maintain personnel records and ensure data confidentiality.
Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, retention, and diversity.
Manage the HR department's budget effectively.
Payroll Processing.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Solid leadership and decision-making skills.
