    Overview

    We are seeking a collaborative and culture focused Sr. Manager of Human Resources to provide strategic performance management, talent development, culture, and engagement strategies for Lennar Financial Services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and innovative business partner, skilled coach, and associate champion with a passion for enhancing team engagement, contributing to the overall success of our company.

    Responsibilities

    Employee Engagement and Culture:
    • Culture ambassador, ensuring a world class associate experience for all.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.
    • Develop recognition programs and retention strategies to foster a positive culture and teamwork.
    • Conduct associate focus groups to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement. Identify trends and opportunities to improve associate experience.
    • Work with leadership to align company values with day-to-day practices.
    • Travel to various field offices to provide on-site support, strengthen culture and build relationships with team members and leaders.
    Talent Development:
    • Key business partner optimizing performance through talent development.
    • Deploy strategies to elevate the training and onboarding experience.
    • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to leaders and associates.
    • Identify skill gaps and development needs and support leadership development initiatives.
    • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Partner with leadership to identify and develop high-potential associates.
    • Develop succession plans and talent pipelines to ensure the organization's future leadership needs are met.
    • Promote inclusion initiatives within the teams.
    Performance Management and Employee Relations:
    • Develop and implement performance management routines and tools for leaders and associates.
    • Collaborate with team leaders to set performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the company's objectives.
    • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvement.
    • Train and support effective performance management strategies to enhance individual and team performance.
    • Collaborate with regional HR partners and local management to ensure consistent HR practices across locations.
    • Handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
    • Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, fostering a positive work environment.
    Talent Insights, Reporting and Compliance:
    • Sought after for advice and council on people and labor trends, grounding recommendation in data and insights.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend improvements to HR practices.
    • Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations related to field financial services team
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 5+years of HR experience, with a focus on performance management, coaching, talent development, associate engagement, and culture enhancement.
    • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
    • Experience in managing large, dispersed teams and willingness to travel as needed.
    • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
