    Operations Manager Position at Chick-fil-A in Brooklyn, NY

    The Operations Manager (OM) collaborates with the leadership team to deliver top-notch hospitality and delicious food following Chick-fil-A standards. They work with the Catering manager and team to expand the brand's presence in Brooklyn. Responsibilities include coaching team members on behavior, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding quality and service standards.

    Work Schedule and Environment:

    • Flexible hours, 35-45 hours/week
    • Physically demanding, noisy, and fast-paced environment
    • Must work on Saturdays, on feet for most of the shift
